Attorney Matthew L. Cersine operates Matthew L. Cersine, P.L. which is a full service law firm in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Cersine practices Marital and Family Law, International Business Law, Bankruptcy Law, Immigration Law and Personal Injury Law. Attorney Cersine is an Alumni of Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree and the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree and graduated with a double major in Business Administration and Economics and a minor in Accounting. Attorney Cersine is admitted to practice law in Florida and Minnesota and is a member of the Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. As a result of his efforts, Attorney Cersine was profiled in 2013 by Super Lawyers based on his achievements as legal professional. Attorney Cersine provides legal services to corporate clients throughout the world. Mr. Basham is currently the Director of Field Services for Toho Water Authority in Osceola County, Florida. Mr. Basham has over 35 years of experience in the field of engineering and construction.  He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.  He currently is licensed in the State of Florida to practice Civil Engineering and Land Surveying.

He was named Manager of the Year by the Florida Rural Water Association.  He is also a graduate of Leadership Osceola.  Mr. Basham has managed projects in segmental bridge construction, interstate highway reconstruction, water and wastewater treatment plant design and construction, residential and commercial development design and construction, and management of municipal utilities.


Derrick Wallace is the Chairman and Owner of Construct Two Group (CTG). CTG, a construction management and development firm was founded in 1990. Through the leadership of Mr. Wallace, the company has grown to a corporation with headquarters offices in Orlando. CTG provides construction and development services to a diverse clientele including some of Central Florida’s most prestigious organizations.

Mr. Wallace has served as project executive on many of CTG’s projects. He is a hands-on leader who continuously challenges his project teams to provide quality services and to fulfill the needs of the surrounding community. Mr. Wallace served as Chairman of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission’s Education Foundation.

Mr. Wallace was appointed to serve an annual term as the first minority Chairman of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC), a private-public commission that works to attract businesses to the area and helps existing businesses expand. He has also been involved with the following boards: Prison Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified Enterprises (P.R.I.D.E), Florida Chamber of Commerce, Central Florida Innovation Corporation, Central Florida Technology Partnership and Goodwill Industries of Central Florida.,

Mr. Wallace has received numerous accolades from the business community including the following awards: Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Distinguished Leadership Alumni; National Minority Supplier Diversity Council’s Regional Supplier of the Year; Small Business Administration North Florida District’s 1998 Small Business Person of the Year and Florida State University’s Jim Moran Institute Entrepreneurial Excellence Award.

A native and long-time resident of Orlando, Florida, Mr. Wallace attended Florida A&M University and graduated Magna Cum Laude - 1975 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration
